Today was errand day. I had lunch with Ric at Beaujolais, a French restaurant on West Street. Very good food! Yum! Then I stopped at two different banks, stopped to see Karen at Hillybilly hotdogs (she ordered another box of cookies for next week-Wednesday), then went grocery shopping. Walmart was packed! Seemed a little weird for a Thursday afternoon! The Strawberry Cheesecake muffins I made yesterday turned out pretty good. Not as sweet as I thought they might be. They were improved by a dusting of powdered sugar. I'll take some to PT tomorrow and see what they say. It's a quiet day so far......
